Who We Serve

Lifeline Recovery & Wellness serves adults in recovery who are seeking structured transitional housing. We accept residents through professional referrals and private arrangements and collaborate with treatment providers, case managers, and community organizations to support continuity of care.

FOUNDER & PROGRAM COORDINATOR BIO

 

 

Nakia Carethers, RN is the Founder and Program Coordinator of Lifeline Recovery & Wellness. As a Registered Nurse with experience in healthcare program coordination, quality improvement, and community health initiatives, Nakia brings clinical knowledge, leadership experience, and a strong commitment to ethical recovery housing.

Lifeline Recovery & Wellness was created to provide structured, safe, and recovery-focused transitional housing for adults transitioning from treatment to independent living. The program emphasizes accountability, peer support, and connection to community resources to promote long-term stability and recovery.

While Lifeline Recovery & Wellness is led by a healthcare professional, the program does not provide clinical treatment, medical services, detoxification, or therapy. Residents are encouraged to engage with licensed treatment providers and community support services while residing in the home.
